Each entity moves us one step closer to “closing the energy loop.” Our Town Biodiesel collects waste vegetable oil (W.V.O.) from local restaurants, and transforms this oil into biodiesel. This innovative company collects and accepts delivery of high volume vegetable scraps and other organics and creates high quality compost which is then used not only on our own fields and gardens, but is marketed and distributed throughout the local community and beyond.
