• 3 whole broiler chickens (~4 lbs. each)
• 4 packs of leg quarters (2 legs per pack)
• 3 packs of bone-in chicken breasts (2 per pack)
• 3 packs of boneless chicken breasts (2 per pack)

Beef Options

• 6 packs of ground beef/hamburger meat (~1 lb. each)
• 6 lbs. of steak (various weights)
  • Combinations of sirloin, rump, tenderloin, etc
